Media & Content Policy

At Milca Design Studio, we value the trust our clients place in us. This policy outlines how visual content featuring Milca garments may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. By accepting a quotation and paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Media & Content Policy.
 

1. Milca Design Studio may photograph, film, and/or use images or videos featuring garments that are:

  • Designed

  • Custom-made

  • Altered

  • Styled

  • Rented


This includes content:

  • Taken by professional photographers

  • Taken by guests or third parties

  • Captured by Milca Design Studio

  • Shared directly by the client


Content may be used for:

  • Social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and similar platforms)

  • Milca Design Studio’s website and portfolio

  • Printed or digital marketing materials

  • Promotional campaigns and advertising

  • Submission to magazines, blogs, and media platforms (print or online)

  • Sharing with collaborators, vendors, and partner platforms for promotional purposes


Content may remain in circulation for ongoing portfolio and marketing use.
 

2. Photographer Copyright

Professional photographers retain copyright of their work.


Where professional photography is involved, the client confirms that:

  • Their agreement with the photographer permits supplier/vendor promotional use; and

  • Milca Design Studio may request or confirm usage permission if required.


Milca Design Studio agrees to:

  • Credit photographers and collaborators wherever reasonably possible

  • Not claim ownership of original photography


3. Third-Party Publication

Where content is shared with or published by third-party platforms (including magazines, blogs, media outlets, or collaborators), Milca Design Studio may not have full control over further distribution, reposting, or archiving by those platforms.
 

4. No Compensation
Clients will not receive financial compensation for the use of images or videos for marketing or promotional purposes.
 

5. Sensitive Content

If there are specific images or moments a client does not wish to be shared publicly, written notice must be provided prior to publication.

Milca Design Studio will always act respectfully and thoughtfully when selecting imagery for public sharing.


6. Withdrawal of Consent

Consent may be withdrawn in writing at any time. Milca Design Studio will make reasonable efforts to cease future use of the content.


However, removal cannot be guaranteed for:

  • Printed materials already produced

  • Content already published online

  • Content published by third-party platforms


Agreement

By accepting a quotation and paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Media
& Content Policy.
